SHIPPING AND DELIVERY by courier service

Delivery within the Republic of Moldova:

• delivery is free where the order value exceeds 600 MDL, both in Chișinău and in other regions;
• a delivery charge of 60 MDL applies to smaller orders;
• where the customer chooses to pay in CASH, the corresponding amount is handed to the courier on delivery;
• order confirmation is sent by email; orders can be changed by telephone, on the number given below;
• orders are delivered by courier on working days only (Monday to Friday), between 08:00 and 17:00;
• after 2 failed delivery attempts the parcel is returned to the premises of „Viorica-Cosmetic” S.A. and the order is cancelled;
• delivery time: up to 3 working days, except during major sales campaigns (approximately 5 to 7 working days);
• orders received at weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and on public holidays (as set out in the Labour Code of the Republic of Moldova) are processed on the next working day.
